Elder statesman and Managing Director of the fuzion 4 group since its acquisition in 1992, Andre has built a wealth of experience within the Electrical Industry and, today, has overall financial management responsibility for the group.
Having directed the electrical, fire and locksmiths’ divisions for over 25 years, Andre is a key business strategist and is actively involved in nurturing the next generation of fuzion4’s management talent.
He retains an interest in sport, being a season-ticket holder to local club, Hastings United, and is a retired chairman of the Hastings Table Tennis Association.
Joining Fuzion 4 after a career in Procurement Management, Russ became Operations Manager in 2007 and, after implementing a new IT management system designed to streamline business operations and digitalise the company’s field-based workforce, he was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2011.
Russ now heads up the company’s finance team and sales and marketing operations and has recently added Temperature Screening to Fuzion 4’s services and product portfolio. He is currently developing an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging strategy to meet future demands for charge points across the South East.
Lively and personable, Kevin has nearly 30 years of experience within the Security industry. He began his career with Besure Security Systems, which was acquired by AB Fire & Security in 2012, and in following year, he was appointed to the Fuzion4 board as Operations Director, a position he continues to hold today.
Kevin now oversees all operational activities including Fleet Management, Health & Safety and Risk Management and is accountable for Fuzion 4’s engineering staff as well as an array of additional projects. With over 30 years’ experience working as a Retained Firefighter and Crew Commander, Kevin has also been instrumental in developing the Besure Fire brand within the Fuzion 4 group.
With a wide range of interests, Kevin serves on the board of trustees for a local homeless night shelter and has been instrumental in establishing several highly successful safeguarding projects, most notably within schools across the South East.
